What do we mean by Real Estate Outside the Box?
Several things.
First: we will always treat you as an individual, not some statistical round peg that needs to be fit into a square hole so we can make a sales quota.
This is especially important when you are buying a vacation or retirement home or land. You may be comfortable with a cabin that reminds you of your primary residence. Or you may want something completely different. We'll figure that out together, then start our journey.
Think of us as your guide on that journey, not a sales person. We know the trails, where the wildlife lives and what's for sale. But you know your hopes and desires, your schedule and what makes you happy. And what makes you less than happy.
So, you get to tell us how you want the journey to happen. We can do most of it online or we can help you create a plan that lets you prowl the countryside on your own. If you want to look at just one property a month, we can do that or we can get in a car together and drive until we find what you want or until the tires wear out.
Need to keep up with your email we tour the mountains, no problem. Listen to Willie Nelson? Or Ned Rorem? Or drive in silence? Got you covered.
Thinking, and working, outside the box also means being inquisitive, asking questions, and being sure the answers make sense.
It means being creative: do you know another real estate company that gives you your own private web site to track your property search. Or that will help you find 95% financing?
